Get on good nutritional suppliments and get off Sugar.

I have, for a long time been concerned about the overuse of sugar and how it affects my health. For years I simply consoled my self by taking a good regiment of a quality vitamins and ignored the number of Pepsi's I drank in a day. Three to five 20 ouncers. I was drinking 6-8 cups of coffee every morning with, what else, a teaspoon of sugar. What amazed me was how dependent I was on the substance. After making a choice to remove as much sugar from my diet as possible, what I call intentional sugar, I found it to be nearly as difficult as stopping smoking was 11 years ago.
